1-Do we need to buy a separate card for use?
 We are currently operating the system in integration with the cards used by the personnel to enter and exit the workplace.

2-Can we report the use of ppe for the past?
With your username and password, you can report all consumption for the past by filtering between two dates through the Meta Ganos Management System.

3-Can the personnel buy equipment from all vending machines in the company?
Section restrictions can be made according to the request of the company. For example, we can prevent personnel in the assembly department from receiving equipment from the production department.

4-What is the capacity of the vending machine?
The capacity differs according to the volume of the products. The maximum capacity of the vending machine is 60 spirals. Ex: If we place the assembly glove that fits in a 12-piece spiral into a full capacity vending machine, there is a total capacity of 720 assembly gloves.

5-How is the number of vending machines of a company determined?
It is determined according to the number of personnel and the ration to be given to the personnel. However, if we give a number based on our references, it is appropriate to use 1 vending machine per 150-200 personnel.

6-Can a time limit be set on the equipment taken by the personnel?
An hourly, weekly, monthly limit can be set on the product taken by the staff. For example, a certain period of time can be put between the first product taken by the personnel who have 2 glove rations per day and the second product taken by the software.

7-Do the rations given to the staff carry over to the next month?
Rations are defined for your personnel in the periods (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) that you specify. If your personnel do not receive their equipment within the period, their rations from the next period will be reset and will not be transferred.

8- Is it possible to print out consumption reports?
You can get excel, pdf and html output of consumption reports from the reports section.
